About Luis
Luis began training in 1991 under the late Shinan Antonio Periera in Miyama Ryu Ju-Jitsu and Judo in the Bronx, New York. He moved to Massachusetts in 1998 to attend Holy Cross and kept training at the Worcester Judo Club, and he has trained with or competed against top US Judo athletes.
